Please don't buy anything from this…

Please don't buy anything from this company. Took them a month to deliver my order, so I couldn't take it for my holiday, then I had the biggest disappointment with it upon arrival. I couldn't return it. I have ordered a small size, blue 5 part swimming suite- like on the photos. They were black, huge size(size tags cut off) and only 3 parts. Awful quality that cost me almost £50. Can't return it anymore. Anyway no response from customer service. Avoide to order from them is my advice. Disappointment in quality and the company is a fraud!

Absolutely appalling corrupt company

Absolutely appalling corrupt company - I returned goods at my own significant cost and they claimed the parcel had not been returned. Raised a claim with the post office who confirmed the parcel had arrived and they now ignore all emails. I’m now trying to claim via my credit card company. Do not buy from this company - clothes are very bad quality and not sized as specified!

I was not bombarded by other offers of…

I was not bombarded by other offers of items that "......You may like....." which I find very off-putting.
Access to PayPal was also uncomplicated - not always the case. Thank you. I look forward to receiving the reading aid which is for a 90 year-old with macular degeneration.

This company is not even worth one…

This company is not even worth one star. They are very deceptive. The quality of their products is awful. There are no tags on them to verify fabric or size. Their communication is terrible. You cannot return unless you want to pay shipping to China and then you don't even get your money back.

I have received terrible customer…

I have received terrible customer service or basically no customer service. Received my pantsuit which is incredibly too small for the size and measurements indicated, and now I want to return it, but they are making it impossible to return. When I click on the return button the return form is not coming up, have sent them three e-mails thru customer support and I either get an automated message or a message that I have sent to the wrong department, even though I have added the order number and exactly what the problem is...no help. I will not use this company again and I would not recommend. Very frustrating to work with them.

online products look great -- but sizing way off, and "return" policy is to ship the product back to their Asia warehouse at your own expense

Great company

Great company ! turn around very fast
have dealt with them quite a bit and everything legit.
Quality of clothing better than high end products you pay 3 times as much.

BEWARE

This company is guaranteed that you should avoid. Items come from China but they don't tell you that when they arrive they are substandard and certainly not according to size. Unlike reputable companies you have to return the items to China at your expense and wait at least 2 months to possibly get a refund and which is not even close to the amount you paid because they raise some stupid excuses. Customer services are useless and just give you the runaround and I suggest to anybody who has been caught up with this company to contact their method of payment and gain a refund that way.
To anybody looking to buy why do not be tempted by their prices as I can assure you what turns up up you'll be disappointed with and you're attempts to return will leave you frustrated.

My last 2 items purchased were too…

My last 2 items purchased were too small, but found the return process impossible to maneuver. I now have 2 beautiful coats that I can not wear. Unable to find anyone to walk me through the process. Hopefully this experience will be better. I hope I do not regret coming back to this site.

is the only way to contact them by opening an after sale ticket ? i have a problem writing my address there is no enough space for me to write the full address and i tried everything to contact them i asked them on face book and they told me that i should open a ticket but the thing is i can only open one if i already ordered from them and this is my first order ! the customer services is very bad you should have an online chat or at lest an email for pr-sale questions

Usually, when you have an account on their homepage, you shud be able to write down your full adress. If thats the case that you stil lack space then, yes indeed. You have to open a ticket to get in touch with them. The good stuff is they respond very fast. Thats smt their at least good in

So after reading all these reviews im really nervous! I made a purchase today aug 22, im moving out of state on september 20th! Will my item arrive before then? Thats almost a whole month! I wouldnt mind a wait other then i will no longer be living at the address i have put and dont have an exact address to switch over. I paid an extra fee for a faster delivery. Hope that helps.

Till now, i bought alot of stuff, and i must say, that the shipment is always in the period of time mentioned. I never had any delay. Exp if you paid for a faster shipment, it surely wil arive within the time you're leaving ;) So drink and toast on all of it

I wouldn't trust light in the box to get you your dress on time or at all. I didn't get my wedding flowers even though they guaranteed a 24 hour turn around on the items ordered. Do yourself a favor and go else where. Weddings are stressful enough.

I would just stay away from this company. If you have a problem with your order it is almost impossible to get help from them. I ordered wedding silk flowers that were guaranteed to be ships in 24 hours. 10 days later I still didn't have a shipping notice. I had to start a new order to be able to contact customer service. Their information is available to contact them only before or during the order process. After that you are very lucky if you find a phone number or email for them. I never got the flowers and it took quite a while to get my money back. Only got it back because I went through PayPal. Do yourself a favor and just stay away from them.
